Creation of updated UX experiences on the site, such as a MVP responsive Search Results page and various Personalisation modules to feature products & services.
Taking new members of the team through on-boarding processes, introducing them to the design system and conducting peer reviews of work. Providing additional training & support to more junior members of the team.
Internal promotion of the ion project & UX team in the form of Showcase presentations and writing monthly update newsletters.

(Ava Choices & adam HTT)
UX and Digital Designer
April 2021 - January 2022
Junior UX and Digital Designer
April 2020 - April 2021
I worked for Ava Choices, a platform which consumers use to find, buy and manage home care services.
Since April 2020, I have been working almost exclusively on Ava, completing independent tasks and collaborating with the Head of UX to test and create the system processes and front end website for launch, then to expand its services in-line with the business development plan. From June 2021, I became the sole UX designer on the project, completing a company rebrand and new website launch with accompanying social media advertising. I have also been conducting reviews of the user journey flow and data analysis to inform a system overhaul. I was working on the next iteration of our product, including market research, with the management team, until the company closure was announced.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting surveys and running testing sessions with our users
Creating prototypes and high fidelity designs which are presented to project stakeholders
Observing website users through Crazy Egg to note any difficulties and errors
Analysis of Google Analytics to see if the site is hitting its targets and to find areas for improvement
Raise solutions to issues found within the testing processes and brief into the developers for build
Support the wider company with graphic design requests, such as social media adverts and print based materials
