Hello!

My name is Rachael, I’m a creative problem solver
utilising data and customer insights to influence my designs.

Currently I am a Product Designer & Design System Lead, working for RS Group.
My responsibilities include creating & managing a new global design system (rollout in progress!), training a junior member of staff and completing UX focused briefs.

Previously, I worked for a healthcare start-up on a full service end-to-end digital solution. Prior to my change to UX, I was a Graphic Designer working with various brands, including as Bosch (UK and Europe), Pfizer, Santander and the Guide Dogs charity.
